Shipping policy

Palm Row Interiors currently ships within the United States.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping is $8.00 and is free for orders of $70.00 or more. Express shipping is $15.00. Available options and final charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates
Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days and express delivery at 1–2 business days after the carrier receives the shipment. These estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order processing
Orders are prepared during business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact hello@palmrowinteriors.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has begun processing.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If tracking shows an unusual delay, or if your order arrives damaged, contact hello@palmrowinteriors.com with your order number and relevant photographs. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
