Refund policy

We want you to love what you bring home from Palm Row Interiors.

We stand behind the quality of the brands we carry and want every item to meet your expectations. If something arrives less than perfect, please reach out right away—we’re here to make it right.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit. Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and returned with all original tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Starting a return
Email hello@palmrowinteriors.com before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Palm Row Interiors is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items
Custom or special-order items, gift cards, and final-sale or clearance items cannot be returned. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about an item’s eligibility.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return and, once accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds
We will notify you after your return is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email hello@palmrowinteriors.com.

Orders shipped to the European Union
Where applicable, customers in the European Union may cancel or return an order within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law and the condition requirements above.
